Belt feeding quantitative packaging scales have a double-speed feeding function, and is equipped with automatic adjustment of the material flow of the material stopper door and quick switch of the interceptor door. Can be used for all kinds of granules, flakes, powder quantitative packaging.
The weigher is equipped with a two-speed feeding function and can automatically adjust the flow of material stopper door and fast switch.
In the discharge tube is equipped with a pneumatic vibration device to prevent the material from arching or sticking when falling and a return air device that can adjust the air volume. The pneumatic bag clamping mechanism is safe and reliable. The whole system is equipped with dust intake, thus improving the working environment and increasing work efficiency.
This product adopts Gao Xing's computerized weighing control instrument and sensor, with high degree of automation, fast and slow feeding, quantitative bag clamping and loosening are all controlled by computer. It can automatically remove the tare, adjust the error in the weighing process automatically, adopt automatic adaptation and optimized program design in the weighing process, automatically complete the control of the executive parts, with gross weight, net weight, cumulative weight and bag number display and other functions, can realize the automatic statistical management of the production process. The computer control can be connected with computer and printer.
